I would not recommend going to Elite Dental. While the dentist was okay (I still have some issues with a crown he replaced), the office staff was not professional. There were issues with the process of how they go about giving a patient their estimate for treatment and how that correlates with any benefits. I had to make multiple calls to their office as follow up to make sure that I received appropriate credit for what was charged above the actual cost of treatment. I had used Care Credit. One time when I went in to talk to the office manager, I did so as a followup to an e-mail I sent 2 weeks earlier to which I had received no response. I explained that there was a difference in the actual cost and the estimated cost and that difference needed to be refunded. There was also an issue of trying to get a charge that was initially denied resolved. They had sent incorrect information to the insurance company that resulted in a denial. While waiting for her to talk to someone there about it, she actually said that she was surprised that I was following up on this so closely; that most patients just paid their bill and went on. I was shocked. I actually contemplated reporting them to my insurance company for possible fraud. I wasn't sure if this had happened to other patients. So, I would highly recommend walking away and going to another dentist.
