My experience with Ross Orthodontics has been life changing over the last 10 months. I have had the Ross Sleep Appliance since August. Info was "lost" had to fill out forms all over again. Front desk was a little rude. Nurses in the back and Dr. were very nice! Appt was at 10am after discussing forms and eligibility (again after Info had already been sent to insurance provider) was seen at 11am.
