7Doctor Joe Fusaro’s office was closed Saturday and Sunday and he’s not there today. I called on Saturday and left a urgent message for him to call me or them to call in a anabiotic. I have had him do almost my entire mouth and I have several bridges which are giving me an issue of pain. Not to mention that some of them are loose. Here is my dilemma, I am flying out of the country today and I’m in pain and I called to have the penicillin he had given me before for the same issue filled. Now they tell me that it’s been a year since I’ve seen him and they will not call it in unless he sees me. This is an emergency that I am flying out of the country and cannot be in pain for 23 days till I return. I have never experienced anything of this nature not wanting to take care of the patient no matter what it takes. I would advise, be very leery of an office that won’t reach out to you and help you. I guess I’m going to be in pain for 23 days ‘til I return this is horrible so unprofessional.
