Horrible experience, pricing wasn't clear, staff was unresponsive and rude, the hygienist used too much numbing gel. The gel went down my throat and produced an effect similar to waterboarding. I'm lucky that I didn't have a heart attack right there in the office. When I asked to talk to Dr. Jacki said she would not speak with me and then she threatened me with a lawsuit if I gave a negative review. That's how you earn a well deserved one-star review. Avoid this man-hating provider..
Very nice dentist, professional, I was see her walking her little pug outside, I had not been to the dentist in 10 years, she put me at ease, and really helped me understand that I was going to go away with a few teeth less but the peace of mind that everything was going to be alright.
She's extremely rude. during my first appointment, i was sitting in one of the rooms waiting to be seen she was in the office area she was extremely angry at something so she threw a stapler at the wall, i was sitting there hoping she wasn't my doctor and go figure she was. a few days later i go in for an extraction and like most people i was pretty nervous during the procedure she kept yelling at me to open my mouth wider when i couldn't and my blood pressure was extremely high b.c of it.
