Insurance companies are not on your side. This office is the cleanest, friendliest, of all orthodontic offices in south florida. We treat people superbly, however, we have to charge for treatment because otherwise we cannot stay open for business. Our costs are extremely competitive, and the office has not one but two doctors to provide the best orthodontic treatment possible. Unfortunately, here in Miami patients have the belief that specialized treatments such as orthodontics should be done free of charge, and many think that their insurance companies pay for the services when in many instances they DO NOT, which is when the patient becomes responsible for paying the balance of the quoted cost. By the way, for a 24 month treatment if you check out there, they cost more than 4000 dollars. You were actually given a discount. You should be thankful for the way we have treated you instead of complaining for paying for the services you have been provided with.
