I have literally been calling to pay off My retainer and have my braces removed for three weeks. I haven’t been able to speak w/ the business manager and I can only imagine every message I have left is not given to the appropriate parties. I paid $3200 up front for ceramic braces, $360 towards a retainer yet no one will provide Me with the correct balance or an appointment to have them removed. I am very disappointed with the service and lack of follow up. Utterly ridiculous! Initially I was upset because the brackets kept falling off in the beginning, appointment problems, insurance issues but now that I am trying to finish this process it’s starting to feel like a waste of thousands of dollars.
