I went in to see Dr. Cao for a tooth extraction today. He was so attentive and patient with me and my stubborn tooth. It took awhile because my tooth didn't want to loosen but he never gave up or made me feel uncomfortable..
Update- it's not been 10 weeks since they overcharged me and they still haven't issued me a credit. I do not trust the office staff at this office at all. Everything I said in the first post is true. The dentists are great my problem now is with the office staff who didn't charge me in network rates and over charged me by 370$ on my last visit. I was notified of this by my insurance carrier and immediately called the dentist office. It's two weeks later and they are still giving me the run around. Today I was told to call back next week the woman that handles that is on maternity leave. I called the Credit company and disputed the charges. They expect payment at time of service but when they over charge they expect the patient to wait. I won't be going back for this reason. I still recommend the dentists but know your network pricing and be sure to get itemized bill. I first visited here a couple of years ago I came here when the dentist I was using at the time kept pushing very expensive implants on me. I came here and Dr. Miner was willing to find a solution within my budget which turned out to be a partial. I believe Dr. Miner has added another dentist who I havent met yet. They are pain free ( as pain free as possible ). They do offer nitrous which helps..
