1My review pertains to the duplicitous method under which the business office operates. A price for an x-ray, for instance, is provided over the phone and then is contradicted following the x-ray. The manger of the business office is a loud-mouthed, arrogant person delivering customer service in an unsympathetic tone to patients seeking an appointment, asking a question and/or questioning a charge.
