I had a very bad experience here. I went in for a cleaning and checkup. There is no hygienist, it’s just the dentist and he was extremely rough with the cleaning. He was digging his tool in so hard nonstop, that he chipped my tooth! He barely explained what was going on and tried to walk me to another room for a filling right then. I was so confused and he said he didn’t even have time to numb me. I had a horrible feeling so I said I didn’t want him to work on it right then, and he just left the room without even saying goodbye or to ask if I was I ok. I was in extreme pain from the tooth having a big hole in it from what he did. it was the most bizarre and horrifying dental experience I’ve ever had.
