THE WORST!!!! The first time I went in I waited 2+hours for a cleaning, my appt was at 10 I didn't get into the chair till 1230 but the front desk staff said he was running a little behind and I figured we all have those days give it a chance. WELL SECOND TIME I signed in and waited 35 minutes and nothing. The desk staff got up and made a comment to another women who had been there before me \"I'm going to lunch but don't worry Kathy you won't be in before I get back \" ..I assumed they were friends but no once the desk staff left the women said she had been there 2 hours already had to cancel part of work to stay. I decided to wait for the desk staff to come back and after 45 min she did and she said it be a little wait I asked how long seeing I've waiting an hour and a half for an appt that was scheduled 6 months ago and confirmed . So I asked everyone waiting who had what appt times and come to find out he was 3 people behind 3 PEOPLE THAT IS HOURS OF WORK but instead of calling people telling them and rescheduling he kept us all waiting hours. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME THIS PLACE IS THE WORST.

I have anxiety and fear of the novocain needle and i have to take xanax because of previous dental trauma. He did 6 fillings for me which meant 3 apts and 4 needles and Dr Pilowski was wonderful very gental, understanding and professional. For me to say this about a dentist speakes volumes. My whole family now uses him. His staff is friendly and professional..highly recommended!!
