I love the staff but I've now had 3 appointments canceled with no notification. They lied and told me i was called and that they sent a text my phone history proves otherwise and the second number on my account is the same nothing was received. I have the confirmation text and email and never received anything since the girl also stated i opt out of mailing reminders but i have a postcard in my hand for this appointment. I am very upset with the lack of professionalism when it comes to the back end of running a doctor's office. I have family in the medical field and they would never do this to one of their patience. I understand things happen but after 3 times I find it hard to believe it was an emergency of some sort. I was also informed that there was no hygienist that could possibly do a basic cleaning for me in the building. Once again the staff is great but this may cause me to take my business elsewhere. I have a very busy schedule and cannot afford doctors canceling on me frequently, expecially without notice. It was a good thing i called to see if a time was available earlier so i didn't waste my gas like last time. Very disappointed
