l had a horrendous experience with Dr. McIntosh. I went in on emergency and was told that a temp solution for $180.00 would last for several weeks. Within hours it failed and I called to make an appointment to have it redone and was told that the full treatment for several hundred dollars would have to be done instead of redoing the temp. She refused to redo the temp. I asked if I would get a credit or a refund for the $180.00 and was rudely told no. I have heard of same experience for others.
