5My husband went in as a new patient and we waited hours. We waited in the waiting area almost an hour and a half till he was taken back where he waited to see Dr. Escala another two hours. He said that the Dr. kept running back and forth along with the rest of the staff. When he finally got to see Dr. Escala was over all very unprofessional. He told him right away that he was running out of time when he asked a question. Then proceded to be rude to his staff. I would not trust someone who is rushing to get my work done. My husband did not feel he was given the time he deserved. When we finally thought he was done, they took him to Desy the secretary where she did horrible explaining the procedures and prices. She couldn't answer some questions and over all seem to not know her job. My husband said the place was unorganized. After going to a different dentist with my husband I decided to give this place a star. The Dr. mis diadnose my husband and was to pricey for the bad service he was given.
