5Called exactly at 8am to let the receptionist know that I was going to be a few minutes late. Nobody answered for 30 MINUTES. Then I was told that I wouldn't be able to be seen after 10minute time period. I got here 3 minutes after that time period. Would've been nice to know half hour ago when a I originally called that I could not be seen. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Then the nurse had the audacity to turn it around and blame me? If I would've known I couldn't be seen when I called right at 8, I would've just rescheduled. Switching care providers. Not willing to deal with such poor care.
