Laxer & Long DDS Office

His office has a great atmosphere. It is tidy and very clean. His staff is welcoming and friendly- I felt at ease immediately. I had a filling replaced, and Dr. Roberts is the gentlest with anesthetic injections. He explained everything to me as he was doing it. He did a great job on my new filling. I\'m really happy with it. Overall, Dr. Roberts is very conscientious, conservative with treatment, and has steady hands! Hands down one of the best dentists around. I trust him completely.

At first pleasant and friendly, but after a few crowns were incorrectly place for the 2nd time, his friendliness changed to unfriendly. He rushes through his work and is not thorough in checking a placed crown that reflects open margins. Could be result the of a bad lab or bad prepping by his assistant for the crown. Gentle with trying to not cause pain but not good with crown. Only good for cleanings.
