From our initial visit through two and a half years of orthodontic treatment for our daughter, we have been beyond pleased with every aspect of James River Orthodontics, Dr. Scarborough and his staff. Eva just got her braces off, and her teeth are perfect! They were very crooked at the start, and while two other prominent orthodontists recommended extracting 4 teeth (which I did not want), Dr. Scarborough found a way to not have to do this. His extra training and cutting edge techniques paid off
