3I had to report them for insurance fraud. They send you bills for services you did not receive. They also charged me for services the insurance company already paid for. They upcharge dental cleanings to say you have gingivitis when they tell you, you don\'t. The receptionist Brenda will call you 24hrs before your appointment. One time she called and said I had a cleaning the next day. I took off work to go, when I got there she said I didn\'t have an appointment. I showed her on my phone where she called me the day before she denied it. They send you bills for other people. They are always saying you need services for things that are not really needed. For ex. last week I went for a cleaning and they said I had no cavities but needed a filling. The receptionist Brenda makes a lot of mistakes and does not own up to it (she needs to retire). I am sad to have to write this review because Sherry the dental hygienist is great and she was the only reason why I continued to go. Not anymore.
