This office is extremely rude and costly. They apparently prefer patients who don\'t express opinions or preferences. I am not one who appreciates receiving a call from paid phone callers to schedule appointments. I have expressed that to them. I also found their pricing high. I expressed that. I was told they would not see me. Better to find out now that we are not a good fit. UPDATE: I\'ve made an appointment elsewhere for $89 LESS! Plus, got in faster than it took for this awful event.

Dr Allen Mcleod has to be the most unethical health professional in the entire Roanoke area. First, he will see you 2 times a year and instead of trying to save your teeth he will generally find 1 or 2 teeth that are 'hopeless' and in need of a root canal and crown aka big $$$$$$. His receptionist, Donna, is perhaps the most 'non people' person working in a customer facing position I have ever encountered. If all is right with the world she is 'okayish'. If you do one thing out of line... well remember that movie from the 70's with Jack Nicholson and the nurse? When I filed a complaint against him with the state.... something I pondered and did not take likely (and have never done in my entire life)..... it was taken very seriously. He was given several pieces of 'advice' by the Commonwealth after he had told them I had cancelled 3 appointments.... in 10 years... TWO of them were when my parents died suddenly 3 years apart. They lived in California. So this man used the death of my parents against me. He also used the use of antibiotics for abscesses.... for these 'bad, hopeless teeth' as using 'antibiotics in excess' when he is the one that told me they were infected. Unethical, unethical and did I say unethical. What really opened my eyes was getting in with a *wonderful* dentist who is amazing at his job, cares about his patients and actually saved every one of my teeth, two at a time over the course of a year.
