1I would NOT, I repeat NOT, recommend anyone visit this so called dentistry. I have had the WORST experiences there and I will never return there again. Initially, this office was very professional, but I came to realize that their work was very poor and they could never do anything right. To make a long story short, they will find any reason to not compete their work in one visit and have you come back to complete the job. They incorrectly billed my insurance company on TWO different occasions for work that was poorly completed. Then James D. Watkins office personnel would not admit their error or fix the problem until I was persistent and after several phone calls. They would not listen to my explanation completely. The only answer they gave me was for me to call my insurance company. They wanted me to pay some charge of $200+ which I knew was completely wrong. I have no problem paying for work completed, but I will never let someone/company steal $200 from me. It took about 3 weeks to get this charge resolved in which I had to help the receptionist understand basic math. The final outcome was that they used the incorrect codes for the work they completed. A relative of mine experienced a very similar situation with them. Visit here at your own risk.
