Had been going to Dr. Mosley for over 5 years getting quarterly Periodontal cleanings so I thought. During the entire time I went to the office almost every quarterly visit there was a new Hygienist and the majority of them were horrible. I discussed this with staff several times. On my most recent visit once again there was another new hygienist that told me I had very deep pockets and needed a deep cleaning immediately. I told her I was just in the office 3 months ago and asked what were my pocket measurements then because I was told everything looked good and keep up the good work. The new hygienist said the last recording in the system of the measurements of my pockets was 2016!! I been going quarterly for 5 years for periodontal cleanings and my pockets were not being measured or recorded. Totally unacceptable!!! I asked to speak to Dr. Mosley and I was told he was not available but would give me a call its been over a week and still no call from Dr. Mosley. I feel ripped off.
