23So basically I booked an appointment with Dr. HU for consultation and the secretary told over the phone that it would free of charge, I go there and she asks me about my health insurance card and when I asked why, she told me itâs for their auditing purposes, so I trusted her, but guess what? They billed my insurance and when my insurance they sent me bill. I didnât sign any paperwork for payment commitment, the only piece of paper that I completed had my name and address on it and I gain, the secretary said thatâs for their records and auditing. I should have known this place has issues when I first got in and there was no single patient there. At that time, Iâve had a recent procedure in my gum at another dental place and the doctorâs assistant or may be another doctor (because she didnât introduce herself) kept pressing with her fingers on that area, I asked her to please stop because it was hurting, she said its ok, not sure if she was understanding what I was telling her or not. Anyways, they couldnât view the x-rays I had on CD with me because as they told me it is too advanced for their computer, so they didnât look at any x-ray, yet they were able to tell what I need and how much it will cost, what a joke. Then Dr. HU took me to his office to show me before and after photos he is planning to add them to his clinicâs website (no comment). Anyway, I am not paying the bill they sent as they donât have the right to bill me, but I am also complaining to my insurance company and to some other authorities if they send me the bill again.

7My wife had a lot of dental work needed, however.. instead of doing the crowns, he did some resin work we wanted to wait on. Used up the money we set aside and told us he was filling cavities, but the invoicing told us the truth! Then threatened to sent us to collections when he demanded we pay for what we did not approve in treatment... stay way for this practice.. out for money and no care for its patients wishes.
