This is the BEST dental experience I’ve had during the WORSE dental pain of my life. I had a wisdom tooth that needed to be removed and was causing me indescribable pain. Not only did they get me in as soon as possible, they cordially deciphered my tearful calls and patiently walked me through viable solutions. Each associate/nurse was genuinely polite and insightful. Dr. Lopez was informative and answered all my questions(I’m a teacher so needless to say I had a plethora of questions/concerns). They gave me a 3D X-ray which helped me to see the reason for the recommendation to remove all 4 instead of just the one that was bothering me. I was given the option of local anesthesia or IV sedation. They checked in after my surgery and gave me these AWESOME cheek-sized ice packs post surgery. I pray I never have to experience tooth pain again, but if I do I’m calling Dr. Lopez and his team immediately and I suggest you do the same!
