4Horrible and rude service. Two years after my last dental visit I came to request a personal history record and not only was it delayed (over 2 months) but refused. The front desk and management were being unreasonable and unprofessional to deny such information. After putting up an argument and over an hour wait in the dental office I was finally given 2 pieces of paper that only took 10 seconds to print. What a headache with these people! Is this how loyal ex-patients get treated? What a joke of an office.
