21My family and I have been with Dr Ghattas for almost 9 yrs and he personally has been very very helpful and professional our experiences. Unfortunately our recent experiences with the dental hygienist there have been far far below our expectations. The hygienist has a poor way of delivering information which perhaps may have been helpful.They are condescending, patronising and belittling. She definitely needs training on how to communicate "EFFECTIVELY" with patients. People remember how you make them feel and not necessarily what you say.
