Had him do a filling on back molar. In May 2018 while I still had medicade dental.While he was drilling the tooth to place the cavity i jerked back and said OUCH!! HE PROCEDED TO DRILL.Said oh ur ok we r almost done. As tear running down my face. 2 months later (no dental insurance) i started having horrific pain coming from that side of my mouth that would radiate to my ear and jaw. Surley not the cavity I just got done. Went back he said it was an impacted wisdom tooth. Gave me amoxi 500 and ibprofen 600. Sent me to oral surgeon .Oral surgeon said the pain I am experiencing is from the molars filling. That there is a infection in the tooth. They said I need a root canal or extraction. Went back to lonestar saw the dental director. She said I have a cavity in where the filling is!???? How the HELL DOES THAT HAPPEN!! The head dentist (Ashely McQueen) just appoigized about his behavior and said that it is possible to have a cavity inside a filling even if I had it done two months ago. BS!!He didn't get all the decayed tooth before filling in the hole. That what!! I spoke to my sister (dental hygienist) she said by the looks of the radiograghs he didnt get all the cavity.So i should of have a root canal not a filling. My tooth never hurt prior to the filling and now I am in excruciating pain,no dental insurance and no I have to come up with $3,000-4,000 to save my tooth. I'm a so upset. Never in my life have I ever had bad dental care. Don't go to Lonestar in Conroe. I will be making a complaint to the dental board for sure. They will only give me a 25% discount. For they're mess up. They need to be liable for my pain and treatment. The older black lady in the check out is the rudest customer service representative I have ever dealt with too.
