* Did not tell me about possible effects of expander (i.e. spreading of my child\'s nose and cheeks, changing his appearance) * Disparaged other orthodontists that I had visited for other consults * Claims to be the \"only board certified orthodontist in the area\", yet upon a quick search there are 7 in a 10 mile radius and 3 in a 5 mile radius. * Office manager is incapable of listening and continuously talked over me on the phone and during consult. * Just could not feel comfortable there
