Absolutely would NOT recommend. Bad billing practices and questionable ethics. Dr. Chapman can be found in not one but two pending lawsuits- one he allegedly pushed an employee of his and there allegedly is video evidence. My personal experience he billed me from years past because he doesn't follow his own billing policy.
