Dr. Nicklas is a true professional, her staff compliments her in work ethic. If there is one thing that I could mention that needs improvement it would be the billing process which I have had several issues with but eventually were worked out. Other than that I foresee a long lasting relationship between Dr. Nicklas and my family when it comes to our oral health.
