Worst customer service experience EVER!!! The receptionist that works at the front desk is NOT nice or friendly at ALL!!! I made two appointments for my son and I at 10:15am. I arrived around 9:45am and asked if they could just see my son because my contractor arrived at my house late and I didn't want to leave them in my house unattended. I even asked if they had any appointments for later that day to see just me. The receptionist checked the schedule and said they did not have any available appointments that afternoon. I asked if they could see my son and I could just reschedule my appointment for a later time. This is where things took an unfriendly turn. The receptionist became very unfriendly and her responses to me were not customer friendly at all. After I asked if they could just see my son, she replied "but we have scheduled you both at the same time." I apologized for the inconvenience and tried to explain that I have contractors at my house right now and I needed to leave. I could leave my son to have his teeth clean and reschedule my appointment for a later time. The receptionist replied "we have you both scheduled at the same time, you're just wasting time." Whoa?!?! Okay, if it's that big of a problem, I can just reschedule us both for a later dated. The receptionist checked the schedule (with an attitude) and replied they could see us both on Monday around 12:15/12:30pm but she was not sure if they would charge me or not. Confused, I asked "charge me for what?!?!" With an attitude she replies "well, you're here canceling your appointment at the last minute and we charge for last minute cancellation." At this point I am very pissed and I replied "if it's that big of an issues, I could just find another dentist!" This lady look me in my face and said "well, find another denist that's up to you." After that comment, my son and I walked out. I have never been talked to or treated so horribly by a dentist receptionist in my entire life. Never once did she try to help with a solution that would be helpful, she was not understanding and she was just plain rude. Did I mention that my son and I were new patients that this dentist office just lost!!!
