Barry Sockel DDS PC

I worked for Community Health and Dental up until Thursday May 2, 2013. At the end of the day I was called into the office without prior warnings or notice. I was handed a termination letter from the Chef Fininancial Officier as well as my immediate supervisor who would not even look at me! After reading in the letter, I relized I was being terminated for being unprofessional, as well as recent interaction with fellow staff members that were found to be unexceptable and in conflict of the standard code of conduct. However, CHDC didn't follow ANY of their own polices in that, A. I was given no verbal warning, B. I was given no written warning and no final warning at all. In conclusioin, as an ex-employee I would recomemd to the public to beware of being told one thing and nobody following through with anything in this medical practice. Patients here continually seem disgruntled. To this date this company has not even backed there own mission statement! My lawyer and I will attempt to have them do just that!!!!!!
