My first appt. with Dr. Zin and I hadn't been to the dentist in 2-3 years. I knew I was going to need 2 teeth extractions done. When I called for an appt., the person I spoke to was very friendly, helpful, and empathetic. I only waited about 20 minutes. Every staff person that I interacted with was fantastic! Dr. Zin was professional, great bed side manner and understanding as I was very nervous! If it could be said that going to a dentist is a pleasant experience, Dr. Zin would qualify.
