i read all five of the previous reviews here and i must admit that i am totally befuddled. i have been using this gentle dental location for roughly 3 years now and i have ZERO complaints. the staff is fast and friendly and i have NEVER had one ounce of pain as a result of a visit to this office. i've been there for cleanings, checkups, crowns, and fillings and its been nothing but pleasurable. in fact, just today i had a cleaning and filling done and was out in 30 minutes. i highly recommend this office to anyone in need of a good dentist. dr. liu -aka- dr jay is great and so is everyone else.
