Very friendly, very professional. I'm one of those people who are terrified of the dentist, but recently needed a tooth removed. It took me until I couldn't bare the pain any longer to finally set an appointment. I regret that now, the staff was very kind, understanding and very accommodating. I am not looking forward to another visit to the dentist, but when I do need to go I will be returning to family dental.
