HORRIBLE!! Extremely pushy! Will never be back or refer ANYONE here!!! I went in for a consultation for ONE wisdom tooth that was bothering me. First off, they wouldn't look at my teeth because my pano x-ray was over 6 months old from my dentist, okay...understood. The "cannot do ANYTHING without a current panoramic x-ray" and I would have to pay for that. Okay...well, then the pano machine wasn't working...miraculously they were able to "just use the old one"! What?! They informed me that they do all four at once. I was not interested in that and communicated that with them multiple times. They were extremely pushy and told me that is just the way they do it there. They wouldn't even listen to me, just kept talking over me. I was adamant about only having only the one removed. They still wouldn't hear me and send me home with an estimate of $1999 and over $300 due at time of extraction...they didn't even try to look into my insurance benefits or anything. I called the next day and cancelled my appointment. I couldn't believe it and the only reason I didn't just walk out was because I was so baffled and KNEW I would not be back. NOW....I am stuck with having to pay for another consult at another oral surgeon because this pushy office was PAID by my insurance for HORRIBLE service! What a joke! STAY AWAY!
