I am so pleased with my experience with Berkshire Dental Group. A filling fell out (not one of theirs!) and they were able to get me in very quickly. X-rays were taken and Dr Mongrain decided to replace the filling. I didn't have to come back to get it done - he was able to do it immediately! And it was painless. All the staff members I met were very pleasant and professional. The office is very clean and I found the decor very soothing.

When I had an abscess tooth I called Dr Mongrain. It was over the weekend & Unfortunately, he was taking call & it happen to be Father's Day. If you've ever had an abscess tooth you understand the excruciating pain it causes. After he examined my tooth, I requested pain medication to manage the pain until I could see an endocrinologist, he refused. I left there in tears because I was in so much pain & he could not or would not empathize. On another occasion I asked him for fluoride drops for my infant child not knowing fluoride is a toxic chemical & children can die from overdose & it can cause all sorts of medical problems. We get plenty of fluoride in our water & toothpaste. He wrote a prescription for that without providing knowledge that a dentist should know. That's all I have to say about that.
