3If I could give NO starts I would. I scheduled my appointment on 4/24/2017 for 5/2/2017. I was asked what insurance I had and I informed the woman on the phone that I had GHI, to which she replied that's fine. I change my schedule at work and make child care arrangements for my son, got to my appointment at 4:45pm (appt was for 5PM). I get to the front desk, was asked again what insurance I had to which she replied, GHI is out of network and would require that I pay all dental expenses up front, and GHI will reimburse me. Umm, I was not informed of this when I scheduled the appointment, had I been informed, I would have never made the appointment as I know I need a lot of dental work. The young lady in the front was not helpful, not apology, she only stated that I should have been told that. A waste of time for me, could have found another dentist in the week and a half that I waited to see them. Make sure they take your insurance and that your in network, before you time gets wasted.
