Rude dental hygienists who have no problem discussing your dental issues in front of other staff members. I was shamed and humiliated during my visits and afterwards by other staff members. I also was lied to when discussing the cost of a deep cleaning. They claimed they talked to my insurance about covering it and they hadn't.
