2One star for Dr Kross for lack of basic patient care. Bottom line, I had an infected tooth/ gum and Dr Kross ignored me. I don\'t expect my dentist to see hairline fractures on an x-ray or get me into the endodontist immediately, but I feel it it reasonable to receive basic care when I have a raging infection. I had a toothache when I came in the previous day for a cleaning, Next day, my gum was swollen, and pain worsened. I called and Dr Kross didn\'t even ask me to come in for a quick assessment. He blew me off by suggesting I see an endodontist (which I literally couldn\'t get into for 3 months) Thank God my husband is an Allied Health Professional and he insisted that I call and request a script for antibiotics because Dr Kross would be closed for rhe next 3 days.
