1Having your teeth cleaned is not always the easiest task for both the hygienist and the patient. However, there is always the professional, polite, acceptable way of communicating with your patient to get your message across. Scolding, embarrassing and threatening patients is NEVER the right way. Adding unnecessary personal comments and saying that she has other things to do does not make a patient feel relaxed or less tense. I should have left right after she embarrassed me.

2I had a root canal done by Dr. Bork at his practice, and it was awful. Not only did the root canal fail completely, it took 3 sessions to preform and was not a painless procedure (even though I was promised that it would be). The tooth has now split, and become infected on 2 separate occasions. I will need to get the tooth extracted, and I wasted $1500 on this debacle of a procedure. Dr. Bork was unable to offer any financial compensation for his failure and wouldn\'t even negotiate a lower price
