His staff was great, and his professional demeanor was fantastic. Walking into his office for the first time, he knew my name without consulting a chart. He was very thorough in explaining everything to me, and really put me at ease. He spotted a potential problem and was quick to give me all my options, including the option of inaction, as he doesn't believe in being overly aggressive. Dr. Johnson strikes me as someone who really cares about his patients, and values their thoughts about their own dental health.
