Everything you would expect from a large hotel in this price range. Large bedroom with a comfortable bed. Clean bathroom, adequate size and good shower. Safe in the room and a Concierge Service who provided information on Boston. Valet who stored our cases after check out so we could go and do some more exploring. Room did not include breakfast and it seemed costly. No food or drink purchased in the hotel, so I am unable to rate this and we did not use the pool/leisure facilities so I cannot rate these. It has a good location, adjacent to Prudential Centre and attached to a Mall, it is 10 minutes walk to good shopping and 15-20 minutes to Downtown and the start of the Freedom Trail.

Dr. Singh is AMAZING! My son was very anxious to have his teeth pulled. Dr. Singh was very calming and caring with him. The experience was unexpectedly pleasant. My son actually said that he couldn\'t wait to go back!
