5My 10.year old.daughter had a 9 am appointment this morning. We.sit.down only I be told that the dentist could not complete the service. My issue is that the company had two.weeks to prepare, , I received a reminder email and two phone call. But the staff forgot to READ the darn file! Kool Smiles. One more thing if the staff are not going to take the to READ the intake paperwork , then stop forcing patients to complete the forms every time they visit. Dont ask me to write the weight if you NEED to Double the CHECK IT. One last thing, please let your staff know yo arrive before patients arrive. I'm sorry one more thing, there is no reason for s dental file to recorded the behavior of s child in the chart. Stop uploading information that is not medically necessary.
