As an adult with a client-facing legal career, I needed a solution to straighten my teeth that would allow me to maintain a professional appearance and social life style. I did not want aligners as I had seen my colleagues having to remove trays prior to meals. Dr. Minnah suggested that lingual braces (bonded to the inside surface of the teeth) would be a good option for me as it provided maximum effectiveness and would allow for me to continue my professional career with clients. The first week of wearing the braces was uncomfortable but once my mouth was used to the braces, I noticed no difficulty in speaking or eating. It was nice to see the progress and changes in my bite and progress over the next couple of weeks. During the treatment I was able to execute all my professional duties with my clients without feeling nervous about people noticing my braces. From a personal perspective, it was also nice to go out on dates without my dates knowing I was wearing braces. I am thrilled with the results and I am very glad I chose to see Dr. Minnah for lingual braces. She was caring and thorough and she was able to make very custom adjustments based on my specific needs. I would recommend her without hesitation.
