Harvard School of Dental Medicine

I went several months ago. I have federal insurance. There is dental embedded in my medical insurance and I have dental insurance. You have to file with medical then dental. The lady who works there refuses to file both. She said she doesn’t know how to do it and they only file insurance as a courtesy. She told me I need to do my own insurance. What?! I told them before I went about this. She said they would file. Now I’m left with a bill. The dentist is nice but his team is not good. My family will not go back.

Great with kids. My kid is always upset at the dentist, but he was laughing and smiling with Dr. Thompson! I would leave 10 stars!

I have dental anxiety and Dr. Derrick has been very patient and understanding in working with me. SHe makes my appointments comfortable and has a wonderful chairside manner.
