2The office's front desk staff (receptionist/scheduling/billing, all handled by one person) is driving long-time patients away in droves. By far the most unprofessional, rude, and WORST customer service I have ever encountered by ANY service provider. They never answer the phone. They do not call you back. They repeatedly misfile and can't figure out insurance. Billing CONSISTENTLY has mistakes and mischarges. I have never had so many headaches dealing with an office.
