Dr Werner always has an attitude. We were referred by another orthodontist who died, Werner claimed the braces were glued on backwards. Instead of the money transferring from Dr Morans office (ortho who died) as were told, we got charged for braces all over again as if I never had them. It's all about the money. My daughter came into the office with her wire and brackets out yet denied because it wasn't an emergency. Dr Werner can say and do as he pleases no one overlooks him and there is no one to file grievances with, at least the girls on the phone say there's no one. Don't trust these people.
