Epler Parke Dentistry

When I was a minor my mother took us to this dentist Office on a few visits. I now I'm an adult and moved back to Indiana and remembered that I had a great experience through Dr. tredwell. I Put in a request online for Contacts to schedule appointments since I've already been a patient through him but it's been well over almost 10 years. I never received a call back and had to call in the office myself to find out how to schedule an appointment. I was turned away because they said I owed money for missed appointments that I never set up myself that my mother had set up well over 10 years ago. I had no knowledge of it or even any means to get there because of being a child. I was told I still had to pay missed appointment fee's that I had no notion of or made myself. What kind of practice does that to somebody that actually took the time to remember hey I want to go to Dr. tredwell because of the kind of service I got from him. I can't believe that they would turn me away for $25. Wow. Stacy (office staff) even took the time to go and ask him himself and Dr, Tredwell said NO And that that's the policy. what kind of policy is that? That holds minors accountable for appointments they didn't make themselves or even knew about.
