Let me tell you my phobia of the dentist. Yes. Phobias like this really do exist. And I have this phobia in the worst possible way. For such a confident person in every day life, I run screaming like a 5 year old when it comes to going to the dentist. Did I mention I cry at the site of needles near my mouth? yea. Not cute. I had many fillings that needed to be replaced and while I absolutely hated every moment of it, it was not fault of the excellent staff at Dr. Krinsky's office! They make getting the dreaded dental work as pleasant as possible and coming from someone like me, that says a lot! The moment I walked in I felt like I had walked into a time warp. Customer service, smiling faces, happy energy and good souls all around. Something I don't experience in a day to day interactions with businesses. I am so glad that good ol' retro customer service is still in style. Let's not even mention the fact that Dr. Krinsky is so cute you want to take him home with you (or at least have a few drinks with) Thank you to Joan and the staff at Dr. Krinsky. You have calmed my fears about coming to the dentist. I will be returning regularly now. I promise. If you have a fear like me, take a little drive to the north side. I promise you will be so happy you did! ox Sonia
