Dr. Lotsoff is wonderful. He gives you information about what he's looking at and how he's making decisions (e.g., when he's reading xrays). He has a friendly demeanor, and delivers information in a straightforward way without scolding or trying to make you feel bad. He considers himself a conservative dentist in the sense that he's sensitive to issues of overtreatment (which I was sensitive to based on recent experiences with other dentists).
