7Dr. Berman's office is clean with a friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere. She cleaned my teeth without the discomfort I've found typical with other practices. I told my brother about the practice and he is now her client too. It didn't matter that he is in the city because she is right near Metra and the Purple Line.

1Dr. Garcia has been hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. He is very informative and tells you exactly what he will be doing during the appointment. He even puts it in a way that I can fully understand. I trust no one else to take care of my teeth!

5I'm going to tell you what happened to me here. I showed up on April 3 2018 with a referral to have my wisdom tooth remove. I was told they only remove them on Mondays. Wow OK so they didn't take my name my information nothing they simply said that and wanted nothing from me show up the following monday. They took my information took x-rays of my tooth. Then they say we can't see you because it's infected I remind you I have already been taken antibiotics since the last Monday that I had to gi to the hospital for help because of the pain. They gave me pain meds and antibiotics at the hospital. I had to go to the hospital! Wow! That place has a problem with how they provide real service to the ones in most pain or not. They were horrible the only one that had respect was the woman that was trying to make me laugh during the X-ray everyone else had a f****** attitude. Against one another and the clients. It was ridiculous how they refuse service to me once they said my tooth was to being was infected which is wrong because they just at the X-ray that was right next to us that we could see all completely clear that there was no infection whatsoever. Then I was told I had to wait for my Insurance to kick in okay so if it all had everything to do with the insurance why not say that in the first place why not collect my information the week I was there the first time I was there. Why because there Moody women that are arguing not just with each other but with patients as well. They refused to help me the first time and they refused my service entirely it hurts because they cared nothing of what the hell was going on with me and none of the other patients as well everyone that walked in there pretty much walked right back out with no help!

1Dr.Wagner and his staff displayed an exceptional amount of patience and professionalism when I took my rambunctious two year old into the office for a first time visit. He was very detailed in explaining every process of appointment and provided thorough information in regards to my daughter's dental health going forward.
